444qq (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") provides an online casino and sports betting service for players in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions set out in this document apply to all services, the website, mobile version, and other channels of the platform.

These terms are written in Bengali and that version is the sole authoritative text of the agreement. Any translation is for convenience only — the original Bengali text shall be considered final.

1.1 Acceptance

By starting to use any service of 444qq, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Applicability

These terms apply to all types of users — registered members, guest browsers, and anyone accessing from any device or network.

The minimum age to use 444qq services is 21 years. Only individuals aged 21 or above may create an account and use the services.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must operate the account in your own name and with your own information.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

• You are using the service voluntarily and of your own informed judgment.

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If false or misleading information is provided, 444qq reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit all funds.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

444qq may request identity verification documents in the case of a withdrawal request or suspicious activity. These may include:

• National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of a mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• Bank account statement

The withdrawal process may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If documents are not submitted, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately. 444qq is not responsible for any loss caused by third-party access.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 444qq platform:

• Rocket — Mobile banking
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (the same for every method).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, delays may occur for accounts under verification.

4.3 Financial Security

All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. If an unusual transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for verification.

4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Depositing or withdrawing using someone else's account or card — other than a payment method registered in your own name — is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the account may be closed and funds withheld.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

444qq offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing winnings from bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in account cancellation.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the conditions are met.
• If wagering is not completed within the set period from the time the bonus is received, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.4 Other Promotions

444qq may offer additional bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Specific terms apply to each offer, which will be described in detail on the relevant promotions page.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

444qq believes in fair play. Our platform uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps game outcomes completely unbiased.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is declared void due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, 444qq offers participation across various sports markets. These include cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports.

6.4 Casino Games

The casino section features slots, live table games, fishing games, and other categories. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game launches.

6.5 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Using software, bots, or automation to place bets
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions
• Operating multiple accounts
• Dishonestly exploiting faulty games or odds
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity

444qq has four VIP tiers, determined based on a player's activity and dedication. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on consistent and active participation on the platform. Cashback is added to the account each week and bonus conditions may also apply to it.

8.1 Platform Rights

444qq reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time and for any reason, particularly in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Evidence of being underage
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Legal or regulatory reasons

8.2 Closure at User Request

Any member may voluntarily close their account. In that case, valid funds will be returned after settling all pending bets and considering the fulfilment of any bonus conditions.
